Domaine Richeaume

Sylvain Hoesch originally had no intention of taking on his parents' property, following his legal training he helped make wine at the famous Ridge in California (and subsequently also at Penfold's in Australia) and his life took the vigneron turn. The wines are almost all red, with limited white and a rosé only made sporadically for sale at the cellar door. Low intervention and natural yeasts with no artificial winemaking products or additions.
