Mas de Gougonnier

In the heart of Provence since 1970s, this estate was one of the first officially certified organic wineries, back when such practices were seen as risky for vine growers trying to make a living. Now the whole Baux de Provence Appellation has to be organic. Luc Cartier and his daughter Eve go further than this by using next-to-no sulphur dioxide, making the wines joyously natural.
