Château d’Estoublon

An iconic building of Provence, Château d’Estoublon, built in the seventeenth century has been meticulously restored by new owners, the Swiss Schneider family, of Breitling watches. Famous for its truly exceptional olive oils, the land is a mix of olive groves and vineyards. Les Baux de Provence differs from the rest of Provence in having wholly limestone soils, an obligation to organic practices and varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon found rarely elsewhere in the region.
The wines project elegance and freshness; the whites are taut and mineral‐driven, the rosés delicate yet expressive, the reds showing structure with refined tannins — overall a style of finesse underpinned by purpose.
