Château Cremade

The Appellation of Palette is often seen as being almost only that of the celebrated Château Simone, but Château Cremade, is one of the other, lesser-known properties of the AOC. They make wines in a similar style which are well worth searching out. Their top red features a melange of varieties including Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah, Cinsault, Carignan, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Durif, Castet, Brun-Fourcat, Manosquin, Terret Gris and Tibouren.
