Château de Bellet

The château and its vineyards were divorced after the sale in the early 2000s, with a brand new state of the art winery dug into the hill beneath the famous chapel, which is now the Château de Bellet tasting room and visitors centre. Great examples of the style, especially the whites.
Fresh, crisp and subtly complex; the whites show clarity and mineral edge, the rosés display red-berry lift with a saline finish — a style that marries Mediterranean brightness with restraint.
