An unusual property in Provence in that only white wines are made here - and what wines they are! Possibly the best expression of Rolle (Vermentino) in Provence with the use of a small portion of Sémillon for texture. Generous but balanced; expressive wines with a smooth, textured palate that stays fresh and lifted.
