Owned by the noble Venerosi Pesciolini family, this estate made a name for itself in the mid-80s with two Super Tuscan bottlings - Veneroso and Nambrot. They were products of their era – flashy but perhaps lacking some soul. Enter Ginevra, who overtime revamped the vineyards, introduced biodynamic cultivation, adjusted the blends of the aforementioned, and adopted a low-intervention winemaking approach. Perhaps the most exciting wines here are amphora-aged Sangiovese and Vermentino under the Mimesi label.
