Feudo Maccari

Feudo Maccari, founded in the early 2000s by Antonio Moretti Cuseri (owner of Tenuta Sette Ponti in Tuscany) near Noto and Pachino, is an estate that has become a stronghold for quality Nero d’Avola and modern Sicilian winemaking. The property spans over 200 hectares, with approximately half under vine, cultivated primarily with bush-trained (alberello) vines on sandy-limestone soils that are exposed to intense sunlight and moderated by sea breezes.
Flagship wines include Saia, a benchmark for Nero d’Avola with richness and balance, and Family and Friends, a Grillo marked by vibrant acidity and minerality. Feudo Maccari embodies the modern face of southeastern Sicily, blending territorial authenticity with an international perspective.
