Marco De Bartoli was a true pioneer in the revival of high-quality Marsala and the promotion of Sicily’s native grape varieties. Founded in the 1980s in Marsala, the estate brought dignity back to a historic wine too often degraded by industrial production. With a distinctive and uncompromising style, De Bartoli championed Grillo, both in its dry expression and in traditional Marsala Vergine and Superiore, through artisanal winemaking practices, long aging, and a firm rejection of shortcuts.

Today, the estate is led by the second generation, who continue to uphold its original vision with integrity. Rooted in the Trapani countryside and the island of Pantelleria, where they craft an elegant and vibrant Zibibbo, the wines remain deeply territorial, structured yet energetic, and consistently authentic. De Bartoli wines do not chase trends; they articulate a clear, ethical, and cultural vision of Sicilian wine. Marco De Bartoli stands as a beacon of stylistic integrity and artisanal precision, offering bottles that speak of place, identity, and truth.
