Spiriti Ebbri

In 2005, three friends—an engineer, an architect, and an educator—purchased a vineyard in Spezzano Piccolo, Cosenza. Officially launched as Spiriti Ebbri in 2009, the winery is committed to revitalizing Calabrian native grapes through a natural and organic approach. The cellar, uniquely located in a repurposed 1950s cinema, has become an emerging icon of Calabrian wine.Spiriti Ebbri is one of the most promising wineries in Calabria, born from the passion of three friends who wanted to give value back to the Calabrian vine, discredited for too long and considered unsuitable for the production of high quality wines. An engineer (Pierpaolo), an architect (Damiano) and an educator (Michele) who fall in love with the vine and begin to intertwine their lives with native vines with a natural and organic approach.The cellar inside a disused cinema from the 1950s is the home of this new reality destined to make itself known as an icon of Calabrian wine.
