Domaine De Dernacueillette

High in the Hautes-Corbières, Guillaume Boussens has been singing the praises of this overlooked region since the early 2000s. These vineyards, miraculously preserved, enjoy cool climates and exceptional geological diversity. The estate currently produces only reds, built around the Carignan, Grenache, and Syrah trio. Powerful and aromatic, they’re marked by notes of spices and white pepper, with wild accents from the surrounding garrigue and maquis.
