Domaine Guilhem Barré

Since 2008, Guilhem Barré has been producing unexpectedly refined reds, whether labeled as Cabardès or simply Vin de France. Self-taught, he chose to settle on the limestone soils of Ventenac and now farms five hectares organically. By harvesting at perfect ripeness and working gently, he crafts wines of real elegance and depth.
