Domaine De Cazaban

Clément Mengus is one of the newest winemakers in the appellation, yet he has already set himself apart with deep, ambitious reds. Vinified with precision in Burgundy barrels or large wooden vats, his wines reflect careful craftsmanship. “I wanted a small estate so I could do everything myself—and above all, I wanted fresh terroirs,” he says. Starting with four hectares in 2006, he now works ten, spread across limestone, clay, sand, and schist soils.
