Domaine Ledogar

Based in Ferrals-les-Corbières, the Ledogar family domaine is now run by brothers Xavier and Mathieu. Xavier began vinifying in the early 2000s, with Mathieu joining in 2008. Today, they farm 19 hectares—mostly old Grenache and Carignan vines, some over 130 years old. They’ve used no synthetic treatments since 1998 and harvest by hand, vinifying without sulfur right up to bottling. The wines are expressive, digestible, and full of life.
