Former IT consultant Philippe Viet put down roots in Beaujolais after completing his wine studies at the University in Beaune. Most of his vineyards like within the boundaries of Régnié, although he also makes a refined Fleurie and a vibrant Beaujolais Villages. His Régnié Haute-Ronze is light and refreshing, while the Mosaique is riper, richer and more structured.
