Jules Métras

Jules Métras has recently taken over the family vineyards from his father, Yvon, one of the most important members of the first generation of natural winemakers in Beaujolais. Jules is no newcomer to the role, though, having worked alongside his father for a decade or so. He’s recently given up his Chiroubles vineyards to focus on the Cru of Fleurie, where he makes a range of complex, focused wines that live up to the expectations set by the famous family name.
