Top Treixadura Wines
About
Though Treixadura was historically a key component in blends from Galicia’s Ribeiro region, more and more producers are making single-varietal wines from the grape in Ribeiro, and it's also used in blends in other Galician regions. Wines made from Treixadura are vibrant and aromatic, with notes of white flowers, ripe stone fruit, and a subtle citrus edge, all balanced by a zippy acidity. Treixadura is a versatile grape that's worth trying on its own and in blends. Here are 10 wines that showcase this Galician grape.
