About Jung Hwa:
Since I worked in the hospitality industry, I have had the chance to taste various wines and have fallen in love with wine. I then had a business trip to Spain and the chance to taste the most special wine of my whole life so far and started working in the wine business from that time in 2019.
Mainly I am importing Spanish wines and I wanted to explore more Spanish wines, so I registered for the Spanish Wine Scholar Program. Whilst studying the SWS program, I was excited to learn about more Spanish Wines. Now I am preparing to import more Spanish indigenous grapes and introduce them to South Korea.
I passed WEST Levels 2 and 3 and also IWS Unit 2 and FWS. Of course, to compare with WSET Levels 2 and 3, SWS has more detailed and specific contents. To compare with IWS and FWS, SWS is mainly the same content.
I am considering registering for the WSET Diploma course in 2 years' time. To do that, I think SWS will be very helpful.
The SWS Program got me more excited about Spanish wines and I am very excited to import more Spanish wines from famous grapes to indigenous grapes. All my ideas come from the SWS Program and I appreciate that it allowed me to learn more about Spain wines.
